“This residency was a game-changer. The hands-on experience and live patient cases set it apart from any other dental implant courses I’ve taken. I left the program feeling completely prepared to integrate implants into my practice.”
"I learned more in one day at CAAD than I did in my last full-week implant course."
“I’ve taken other dental implant CE courses, but this one was by far the most comprehensive. The instructors are experts in their field, and the small group format made a huge difference. I’m now placing implants with confidence.”

Our residency is not just another dental implant course. You’ll receive instruction from highly experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeons and prosthodontists who are leaders in dental implantology. From implant treatment planning to advanced implant prosthetics, you’ll gain cutting-edge knowledge that’s directly applicable to your practice.

This program focuses heavily on hands-on training, with live patients for you to practice placing implants, soft tissue management, and more advanced procedures. Unlike other dental implant courses, we ensure that you’ll leave with real-world experience and the confidence to perform complex procedures.

Our dental implant CE program is designed for general dentists, and we keep our class sizes small to offer personalized attention. This allows you to work closely with mentors to master everything from dental implant placement to digital implant dentistry.

You’ll encounter challenging, real-life scenarios, including bone grafting, soft tissue grafting, and flap design. These are not just concepts taught in theory but practical skills you’ll apply through hands-on workshops. This distinguishes our program from other dental implant courses.

By completing our residency, you’ll earn 72 valuable dental implant CE credits, advancing your career and increasing your value as a general dentist. In addition to improving your skills, you’ll be able to market yourself as an expert in implant treatment and attract more patients.

This introductory module covers the essentials of implant treatment planning. You’ll learn to select suitable cases, design a comprehensive treatment plan, and understand the biological concepts behind osseointegration. With hands-on exercises using models and cadavers, you’ll practice key surgical techniques, including incision design and suturing, preparing you for live surgery in Module 2. This weekend also introduces both conventional and digital workflows for surgical guide creation, ensuring you feel confident in both approaches.
In this module, you’ll move from planning to performing live implant surgeries. After rehearsing on models and receiving guidance on CT scans and surgical protocols, you’ll perform a minimum of two live surgeries under faculty supervision. You'll learn to manage the sterile operatory, handle guided surgery, and troubleshoot any intraoperative issues. Pharmacological management and post-op care are also covered, preparing patients for their restorations in the next module.
This final module focuses on restoring implants with precision. You’ll review impression techniques, occlusion design, and how to communicate effectively with the lab to ensure perfect final restorations. Through hands-on exercises, you’ll gain confidence in placing provisional and final crowns, selecting the right abutment, and understanding the differences between screw-retained and cemented restorations. This weekend rounds out your skills, ensuring you can deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing restorations to your patients.
